Making your own granola is easy and fun! It's especially delicious served with plant-based yogurt and fresh fruit.

Purposefully Plant-Based Ingredients
Ingredients:
- ¾ cup honey
- ½ cup canola oil
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- 4 cups rolled oats
- 1 cups pecans
- 1 cup dried strawberries
- ½ dried cherries
- 1 cup walnuts
- 1 cup chia or flax seeds
Steps
- Preheat oven to 300°
- Mix your rolled oats, chia seeds, pecans, walnuts and cinnamon together in a bowl
- Add the honey and oil and stir until fully mixed
- Bake for 15 minutes, pull out of the oven and mix to create chunks in the granola. Then bake for another 15 minutes
- Allow the mixture to cool for an hour in the fridge
